This nickname was given to him in his early days in Monaco.When he finished training he asked Marc Delaroche , one of the subs, to go in goal.
For a long hour he had bang, bang, bang.
Delaroche said to him : 'It's like a snake attacking you. You never know where the ball's going.'
After that the snake thing just stuck to him.
Youri played for France national team, PSG , AS Monaco , Inter Milan and other great teams in Europe.
He is definatly one of the great french footballegends.
